Perry has more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and healthcare industry. As Executive Director of Benefit Advisors Network (BAN), Perry is responsible for assisting private employee benefit brokerage firms with improving their performance and profitability through best practice learning, knowledge sharing, proven growth strategies, and enhanced operating efficiencies.
Perry studied International Business with a concentration in Economics at Bowling Green State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He later received his master’s degree in Business Administration, also from Bowling Green State University.
Perry is an accomplished and highly regarded professional with a proven record of identifying and closing market opportunities that lead to increased revenue and market share. He is a strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market needs, develop new products, find new distribution channels, increase sales, and extend market penetration. If you don’t find him serving members and clients, you’ll probably find him in his kitchen cooking up something creative, fresh, and delicious!

With over 10 years in the HR Technology industry, he provides unparalleled expertise to clients through a strategic, long-term success framework and approach. His background includes project management, data management, system configuration, and utilizing cross-functional teams to support technology transitions. Hayes’ ability to effectively align client needs with technology solutions comes from his thorough understanding of the HR ecosystem. Speaker for HR Tech Update
Corrina Nation serves as BTR’s Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Broker Relations with 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining BTR, she managed several large client benefit programs as an account executive at a prominent employee benefits agency in Florida. In addition to providing strategic consulting and compliance support, she spearheaded the creation of the firm’s technology division. This included HR tech consulting, and the development of Employee Navigator into the value proposition for new and existing clients. She also spent several years supporting national accounts at a voluntary benefits carrier and prides herself on being a subject matter expert in benefits administration and configuration for ACA compliance.
Her primary role at BTR is to engage and educate broker partners on HR technology and its value within their clients’ day-to-day lives. She also facilitates national marketing campaigns to broaden and solidify BTR’s stance as a market expert in all things HR technology.
Corrina has her Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs and Business from Florida State University. She currently holds her Florida Life, Health, and Variable Annuity insurance license as well as her GBA certification from the CEBS designation program. She lives in Washington DC with her husband and their two motorcycles.

Stacy Barrow is BAN’s Director of Compliance and a partner at Marathas Barrow Weatherhead Lent LLP. Mr. Barrow is a sought-after speaker on all aspects of employee benefits law, including the Affordable Care Act. He has published numerous articles and has been widely quoted on issues arising under the Affordable Care Act. He is widely recognized by clients, opposing counsel, and national law firm ranking organizations as among the best in the field.

Danielle is a Vice President and the Director of Compliance for Alera’s Employee Benefits division. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Compliance and Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at United Benefit Advisors (UBA). Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University. She worked as a Senior Writer Analyst at Wolters Kluwer and as a Law Clerk at Clifford Law Offices.
Danielle graduated with a B.A. in Sociology, History, and Business at Tulane University. She earned her JD in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law.

With more than 20 years of Human Resource Generalist & Executive Level HCM Management experience, Bobbi Kloss serves as BAN's Director of Human Capital Management Services. With a deep understanding of the increasingly complex and diverse HR industry, Bobbi provides her expertise to BAN's employee benefit brokerage members as well as their employer clients. She oversees all HCM-related functions for the association, initiating pro-active, strategic compliance practices.
