Boxes, Packages, Freight - Deliveries, Shipping & Storage
The Pan Pacific Vancouver is pleased to receive and assist in the handling of boxes and packages. However, there is limited storage on the property, and we are therefore unable to accept shipments earlier than three (3) days prior to your event. Please coordinate the pickup of items immediately following your event, as the Hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of any articles left on the premises during or following any event.
All deliveries must be appropriately labeled. Please include the name of the group, group contact, hotel contact, number of boxes, and date of event (listed below). Deliveries must be made to the hotel's Receiving/Loading Dock between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Hotel will not accept deliveries made at its front door.

• Any boxes, signage, or materials left behind will be discarded after 48 hours.
• If you require assistance with boxes, packages, or freight, a labor charge of $45.00 per staff member per hour will be assessed. The amount will be billed to the group account.
• Shipment of more than ten packages will be assessed at a $5 fee per box.
• Shipments over 50lb or large items the size of or shipped on a palette will be charged a handling fee of $160 for each item, each movement in and out.
• Personal effects and equipment must be removed from the function rooms at the end of the scheduled day unless reserved on a 24-hour basis.
• We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions.
• Pan Pacific Vancouver is not responsible for damages to or loss of any articles left in the hotel before, during, or following any function by the client or guests.
Please arrange for the shipping company to pick up your shipment from the hotel on the last day of your meeting. To assist you, the following is a list of courier companies:
