Ryan Evans is the President and Founder of Evans National, an Oklahoma City-based insurance and consulting firm specializing in Employee Benefits and Commercial Property & Casualty solutions. He began his career with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2017, where he built a strong foundation in employee benefits consulting and worked as an Account Manager overseeing a large book of business for small to mid-sized employers. During his time there, Ryan gained extensive experience helping organizations design competitive benefit programs, manage healthcare costs, and navigate the complexities of the insurance marketplace.

In 2019, Ryan founded Evans National with a vision to create a modern, consulting-focused agency that goes beyond traditional brokerage services by combining strategic advisory services with innovative funding solutions and technology-driven efficiencies. Under his leadership, the firm has grown rapidly from a startup into a multi-million-dollar agency serving hundreds of clients nationwide across various industries. Evans National is recognized for its forward-thinking benefits strategies, strong technology partnerships, and hands-on, relationship-driven service model.

Today, Ryan leads the Employee Benefits division’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and culture, with a strong focus on helping employers control costs, improve employee experiences, and build sustainable benefits programs.
