Neil is a relationship-driven sales and customer success leader who’s passionate about helping teams and clients solve real challenges and grow. As Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Success at Mployer Advisor, he oversees the revenue strategy and the full customer journey, focusing on building meaningful partnerships and delivering an outstanding experience for brokers and employers.

Before joining Mployer Advisor, he served as a Senior Sales Executive in Gartner’s Large Enterprise division, working directly with executives to support mission-critical decisions and provide clarity in complex moments.

Neil spent more than 11 years at Zywave, growing into the role of Senior Regional Vice President. During his time there, he led teams, shaped regional strategy, and helped insurance leaders leverage technology to improve sales, retention, and operational efficiency.

At his core, he cares deeply about people, progress, and creating environments where teams and clients feel supported, understood, and set up to win.
