Laura has nearly 20 years financial services experience, with the early phases of her career spent at some of the largest employee benefits consulting houses, dealing with FTSE 100 clients. In recent years, she has spent the majority of her time advising companies on their employee benefits strategy, looking after clients from early days new start up in the UK, to large multi-national companies, in all aspects of their employee benefits arrangements.
