Jennifer Mims is Vice President of Partnerships at HCM Unlocked, a tech-enabled managed services provider helping mid-sized organizations implement and operate market-leading HCM technology. During her accomplished career in HCM, Jen worked at ADP, Paycor, and MMA, giving her a unique and deep understanding of the evolving needs within the HCM ecosystem. She has deep relationships with the leading HCM tech vendors, employee benefit brokers, and private equity firms, and she supports their clients' HCM technology and people needs. Based in South Florida, she enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with family, and is one of the top-ranked Phase 10 players in the US.
