Jeff Kandzer is the Vice President of Captive Business Development for the Eastern Region of Berkley Accident and Health.  He has been in the Health Insurance industry for 35 years with the last 10 years at Berkley.  Prior to Berkley, he also was Regional Sales Manager for Symetra and R.E. Moulton and spent 20 years with a local third party administrator in Cleveland, Ohio.

Jeff is a member of the Northeast Ohio chapter of National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
