Call for HCM Involvement

The Human Capital Management Committee created the following list of HCM Workforce Dynamics Learning Series training for organization supervisors and human resources personnel. These trainings and associated whitepapers/playbooks will be part of a new annual HCM core service (no fees associated) webinar series for our members and their clients.

The next step in this process is to identify contributors for:
•  Writing the presentation
•  Presenting the material
•  Developing the playbook/white paper

We are looking for two people for each development phase for each webinar (contributors can select multiple webinars). Knowing that the topic, skills, and comfort levels may guide your selections, do not feel you have to participate in each phase of the webinar topic.

We are anticipating the webinar series to officially begin in the first quarter of 2024 and be rolled out in the order of the employee life cycle. Rollout will be emphasized first on the webinar and the playbook/white papers to follow (knowing these may take longer to develop).
