Today, as a Senior Account Executive at Mployer, he partners closely with agencies to understand their goals and deliver solutions that simplify the complex parts of their business so they can focus on what really matters – their client and prospect relationships.

Before that, Doug spent three years at Bold Penguin, leading enterprise partnerships and collaborating with some of the industry’s most forward-thinking teams in Commercial Lines. He also spent seven formative years at Zywave, working with agencies of all sizes. Here, he discovered how much he enjoys solving real problems, building lasting relationships, and helping people bring new ideas to life.
