Carlos Navarro is an Employee Benefits Consultant with Swingle Collins & Associates. Carlos is responsible for delivering healthcare solutions for small to midsize firms. His focus includes implementing and supporting client needs for healthcare plan design, compliance, human resources, and human capital management (HCM) technology. Before his time with the agency, Carlos was an HCM Solution Consultant for ExponentHR. With the growing need for technology in the workplace, Carlos uses his SaaS background to help clients assess payroll, benefits, and HR programs.  

Carlos graduated from Butler University and attended the University of Denver for his master’s studies. 

As a former college athlete, Carlos enjoys coaching youth and high school lacrosse at The Episcopal School of Dallas and for the Texas Mustangs.
