Discontinuation of Smart Compliance

Effective September 16, 2024, access to the Smart Compliance portal will no longer be available, and the system will be discontinued.

Regarding background information, the Smart Compliance portal was created in 2014 as a means for our members to deliver the compliance requirements outlined in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). The portal included resources, compliance audits, and compliance calendars for your clients.

Please note, that the information in the Smart Compliance Portal also lives in the Virtual Office in the Compliance Section of the site.  Through the Virtual Office, you will continue to have access to the guides, checklists, and other information that will position you to have a compliance conversation with your customer. You may have additional questions or would like an updated training session on the Virtual Office to refamiliarize yourself with the Virtual Office.  Please contact your Member Services Coordinator (Caroline Williams or Grace Yarcusko) who will be happy to assist you..
