Andrew serves as the SVP & General Manager of Gravie’s ICHRA offering. In this role, he works closely across the organization to optimize the ICHRA solution while simultaneously focusing on the experience for our Clients, Brokers, and other ecosystem partners.  

Before working with Gravie, Andrew served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Virgin Pulse, where he led the global commercial team through a significant transition for the organization. Before this, he had held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Commercial Officer for BioIQ, a 12-year tenure with Cigna Health Group, where he served in roles such as Regional Vice President of National Accounts, Chief Distribution Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Market Manager for Cigna’s Medicare Advantage business.   Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits and health management arena.
